ONE DAY: PRIORITY RESPONSE

When you call or email us with an assignment that calls for a fast response, we assign three or more think partners to work on it intensely during the next 24 hours. You receive our response by the end of the next business day.

ONE WEEK: STANDARD RESPONSE

The standard response delivers the same high level thinking at a more relaxed pace for less money. When you give us an assignment that is less time-sensitive, we assign three or more think partners to work on it at a more relaxed pace. You receive our response within a week.

ONE MONTH: IN-DEPTH STUDY AND FORMAL REPORT

For longer assignments, we assign a study director plus three or four think partners to participate in your think circle over the course of the next several weeks. You receive our response within 30 days. The study director may ask to spend one day on site with you or your associates to make sure we’ve got the problem or question right, and will be available to present our findings.

ONE AND TWO-MONTHS: MAJOR INNOVATION PROJECTS

For major innovation projects, ten or more think partners will immerse themselves in delivering on your objectives. The director of your project will spend time on site with you or your associates to make sure we fully understand the facts and constraints. Our think partners will build on each other’s thinking, feelings, experiences, research, friends, and colleagues in order to envision new scenarios and identify new opportunities. The project will conclude with a workshop at which we will share our findings and help you understand the thinking that went into them.
